| Suzuki has received field reports of a
engine no-starting condition or stalling due to a malfunctioning ignition
switch. An improperly assembled rubber seal within the ignition switch
may allow water penetration into the contact switch plate area causing
corrosion and increased wear, which may result in electric contact
failure. Our records indicate you are the current owner of an affected
ATV included in this Customer Satisfaction Program. |

| Contact your Suzuki dealer to schedule
an appointment for the Customer Satisfaction Program service. Your
Suzuki dealer will replace the ignition switch on your ATV with improved
parts. Please bring this letter with you to the dealer as it contains
information that will assist them in completing their warranty paperwork. |

| If you do not reside near the dealer from
whom you purchased your ATV, or you purchased your ATV .from a private
party, you can contact your nearest authorized Suzuki dealer to schedule
an appointment for the service. You can obtain information about Suzuki

| To save yourself time and travel, do not
bring your ATV to your Suzuki dealer until you have made an appointment.
Please be aware that no other condition or service is covered by the
Customer Satisfaction Program. The cost of any additional service
you ask your dealer to perform is your responsibility. |
